Educational programs

“The Gallery of Mariam and Eranuhi Aslamazyan Sisters” realizes education programs through the workshops, art therapies, the aim of which is to create art field in the area of the gallery. The active participant of the Gallery will be the society without age restriction and gender belonging. The Gallery, changing its institutional traditional format of the approach, creates possibility to strengthen and develop connection between culture and society.

Education project ''Histories through Ceramics''

From the 15th of November, in ''The Gallery of Mariam and Eranuhi Aslamazyan Sisters'' is being realized social-educational, rehabilitation project ''Histories through Ceramics'' with the financing of ''CHARM'' Swiss Association for Young People in Within the framework of the project is planned to invest ceramics workshop in Aslamazyans’ gallery and consider the gallery as an art-therapeutic, ceramics educational research centre. The aim of the project: ''Mariam and Eranuhi Aslamazyan Sisters’ Gallery'' being the only gallery of the female artists in the territory is considered the carrier of the Armenian high cultural traditions of painting and ceramics representing the unique and the largest collection of Aslamazyan sisters in the world.

Educational program: Bridge between museums and schools: / III phase

From the 12th of September jointly with ''The Gallery of Mariam and Eranuhi Aslamazyan Sisters'' and the Shirak Provincial Administration Staff of the Department of Culture, Education and Sport we begin the third phase of the education program in which the pupils (from 4th to 6th classes) of Gyumri town and Akhuryan region schools are included.
